• Designed and shipped the Connected Knowledge platform — a connector-agnostic framework integrating 8+ third-party sources (SharePoint, Google Drive, Notion, Confluence) into Zendesk's AI ecosystem. Authored the RFC, built the shared component library, and took the project from design to GA in ~3 months.
• Built Quick Answers (generative search) end-to-end — from backend RAG endpoints and prompt engineering to a custom Markdown rendering pipeline with full accessibility support (VoiceOver, ARIA). Feature became a core pillar of Zendesk's AI-assisted support.
• Delivered the Agent Copilot knowledge integration, enabling proactive AI-generated suggestions in the agent workspace with usage tracking via Datadog metrics.
• Led the macros admin rewrite in Admin Center — rich text editor, AI-powered macro suggestions with feedback loops, and full migration from the legacy interface.
• Owned operational reliability for the User Segments service: SRE-DART onboarding, monitors, runbooks, and deployment automation.
